Meet Anna

Anna Firliet didn’t originally plan to work in HR.

​

While in graduate school, she took a required HR course that unexpectedly changed her career path. As she learned more about the field—helping organizations support their people while navigating complex workplace issues—she realized she had found the right fit.

Her biggest inspiration came from her mother, who encouraged her to pursue work focused on people.

That early encouragement led Anna to build a career helping organizations create workplaces where people and businesses can thrive together.
